555lucky Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules & Policies

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "555lucky" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to the online entertainment platform operating under the domain 555lucky.win.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered or uses 555lucky services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by the Member on the 555lucky platform.
• "Services" — covers all games, wagering, promotions and other features available on the 555lucky platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the amount of money deposited in the Member's account for the purpose of playing on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Member and 555lucky. The scope of this agreement covers all Member interactions with the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage and participation in any games or wagering offered.

To register and use 555lucky services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration. 555lucky reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend the account until verification is provided.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country or territory where access to online betting platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Acting on your own behalf only and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Never been suspended or terminated from the 555lucky platform for previous violation of terms.
• Register with true, accurate and current information. False information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account on the 555lucky platform. Registration of more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment method — is a serious violation that will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• All activities occurring in your account, whether carried out by you or any other party who gains access.
• Notify 555lucky immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensure all personal information in your account profile is always accurate and up to date.

555lucky reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statements or other supporting documents. Failure to submit requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account restrictions.

555lucky accepts deposits via various payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit terms you need to understand:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are final and irrevocable once processed and credited to your account.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

555lucky Members may withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 555lucky account.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are completed.
• 555lucky processes withdrawals within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• 555lucky reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or suspicious.

If there are discrepancies or issues related to withdrawals, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours from the transaction date for appropriate follow-up action.

555lucky offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated with each promotion. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once only per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out or transferred to other members.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any funds related to bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account termination.
• 555lucky reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Regarding the 555lucky VIP Program, accumulated reward points belong to the platform and have no cash equivalent value. The VIP Program may be modified or discontinued by 555lucky with appropriate notice to affected members.

All games offered on the 555lucky platform use random number generators (RNG) certified by recognized independent testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated.

For sports betting games:

• Betting results are final once the match or event is confirmed completed.
• 555lucky reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of technical errors, odds errors, or if a match is cancelled or postponed beyond the stipulated period.
• Bets accepted before any significant event (such as match suspension or penalty) will be determined based on the situation at the time the bet was accepted.

The decision of customer service or platform management regarding game disputes is final and binding. 555lucky strives to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently within a reasonable timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555lucky platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, collusion between players or activities that damage game integrity.
• Money laundering activity or financing of any illegal activity through the 555lucky platform.
• Selling, transferring or sharing your 555lucky account with any other party.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain unauthorized financial advantage.
• Any attempt to access internal systems, databases or other user accounts without authorization.

555lucky reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time if:

• There is a violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity or suspected fraud on the account.
• Requested identity verification documents (KYC) failed to be submitted within the specified period.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.

Members may also apply to terminate their own account at any time by contacting 555lucky customer support. If there is no breach of terms, legitimate balances will be returned after the verification process is completed.

If account termination is the result of a Member's breach of terms, 555lucky reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as compensation, subject to applicable law.

555lucky provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive our best to ensure stable and reliable service, we make no warranty that:

• The platform will always be available without interruption, especially during scheduled maintenance or situations beyond our control.
• All information on the platform is always accurate, complete or up to date at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, 555lucky is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of our platform, including financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.

555lucky is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from unauthorized access to your account if you fail to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits you can set yourself.
• Loss limits configurable according to your means.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the competent dispute resolution body as required by the terms of 555lucky's operating license.
